Roundup and Dig1 on HepG2 caspase 3/7 activity. These effects were evaluated by the caspases Glo^® 3/7 assay, the results are presented in percent compared to untreated cells (M). Cells were grown at 37°C (5% C0₂, 95% air) in serum containing medium during 48 h to 80% confluence in 96-well plates, and then exposed to different treatments (R450: 60 ppm, D 2%) without serum. The formulation was applied during 24 h (M, D, R) or 48 h (MM to DR).
